Bradley Smith - President

Brad Smith is the CEO of KCA, the principle shareholder and President of KCAS.

Brad has a broad background in investment banking and is active in the aviation industry through an interest in a major commercial aircraft leasing company. He has worked in New York, Tokyo and Hong Kong and is based in Honolulu.

Capt. James Davis - Senior Managing Director

Jim Davis is responsible for recruiting, screening and selection of pilots for our valued clients. He will also monitor the testing phases including simulator and other necessary aspects. Jim is based in Honolulu.

Capt. Davis is a veteran pilot having worked with Hawaiian Airlines and Japan Air Lines. He amassed 19,000 total flight hours of which 15,000 hours were as pilot-in-command. As part of JAL he operated  flights into the PRC.

He was also the Vice President of Flight Operations at Hawaiian Airlines.

Jim Davis was a founder of a very successful pilot-recruiting firm, which provided hundreds of airmen for Japanese airlines and their subsidiaries.

Joseph Hale - Senior Managing Director

Joe Hale is responsible for the corporate affairs of KCAS. Based in Honolulu Joe coordinates the development activitites of the company and the relationships with our carrier clients, host and local government authorities and communities.

Joe has over 40 years experience in aviation, both international and domestic.

He was Pan Am’s regional managing director for the Pacific including responsibilities in the PRC. He also was Director for Japan with Delta
and Senior VP of Marketing at Aloha Airlines in Hawaii.

Yang ShuSheng - Director China

Mr. Yang is the representative of KCAS in China. He will manage his activities from his office in Zhuhai, Guangdong Province.  He is responsible for establishing contacts and developing and maintaining relationships with our client airlines.

Mr. Yang has over 23 years of broad experience in commercial aviation with emphasis in maintenance, engineering and operations. He is intimately familiar with many types of commercial aircraft and holds numerous licenses issued by both Chinese and foreign authorities for maintenance, engines and simulators.
