Pemco Delivers 3rd B737-300F to Kahala Aviation

PEMCO World Air Services (PEMCO) has announced the redelivery of a B737-300F aircraft (MSN 27459) to Ireland-based Kahala Aviation. The freighter, converted at PEMCO’s headquarters in Tampa, Fla., has now entered service. This conversion marks PEMCO’s third redelivery of a B737-300 to Kahala since 2008. Leading global lessor agrees to sell a portfolio of 30 aircraft to Diamond Head Aviation 2015 Limited.

 

Dublin based aircraft lessor, AWAS, announced today that Diamond Head Aviation 2015 Limited (the "Issuer") has closed a $260.75m Fixed Rate Asset-Backed Notes offering, comprised of US$199,250,000 of 3.81% Class A Fixed Rate Asset-Backed Notes ("Class A Notes") and US$61,500,000 of 5.92% Class B Fixed Rate Asset Backed Notes ("Class B Notes"). The Issuer also offered subordinate Class E Notes representing the equity interest in the Issuer (together with Class A Notes and the Class B Notes, the "Notes"), which were purchased by Kahala Ireland Investments DAC, an affiliate of Kahala Aviation Holdings, LLC. Kahala Aviation Announces the Acquisition of Two 737 Classics for Freighter Conversion

Dublin, Ireland, Kahala Aviation Group Ltd., announces the acquisition of two Classic 737 aircraft. The first, a Boeing 737-300 (MSN28200), acquired from ILFC, will be converted into a freighter configuration by Pemco World Air Services. The second aircraft, a Boeing 737-400 (MSN24231), purchased from GECAS, will also be converted into a freighter configuration by Aeronautical Engineers, Inc. Charles Graham, Director of Kahala Aviation Holdings, LLC and former CEO of Global Aviation at DHL commented, “With these acquisitions, Kahala Aviation is clearly emerging as one of the leading lessors of 737 freighter aircraft in the world.”

Kahala Converts Option to Firm Order

MIAMI, FL., Aeronautical Engineers, Inc. (AEI), is pleased to announce that Kahala Aviation of Ireland has converted one of two options secured in April 2013 to a firm order. The third aircraft is a high gross weight B737-400 (MSN 25372) built in 1992 and will undergo freighter modification in November of 2013 at AEI’s Authorized Conversion Center, Commercial Jet Services in Dothan Alabama. AEI Redelivers First of Two Kahala B737‐400SF's

MIAMI, FL., Aeronautical Engineers, Inc. (AEI), is pleased to announce that it has redelivered the first of two Kahala Aviation B737400SF 11 Pallet Conversions. The first freighter to deliver is a high gross weight B737400SF, (MSN 25052) built in 1991 and has been leased to Jet Time A/S, a Danish Charter Airline. The conversion was performed at AEI's Authorized Conversion Center, Commercial Jet Services in Dothan Alabama. This is AEI's 13th freighter redelivery in 2013.

conversions, with options for two additional conversions to be started in May of 2013.

The first aircraft, a B737-400, MSN 25052 was built in 1991 and will be converted at one of
